INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website, booking services, purchasing tickets, participating in events, or using any services provided by Astra Tours (“Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or participate in Astra Tours services or events.

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to make bookings or enter into agreements with Astra Tours. Minors participating in any activity or event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise authorized in writing by Astra Tours.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Astra Tours provides travel coordination, concierge services, excursions, event organization, transportation coordination, and tourism-related experiences. Certain services may be provided by independent third-party vendors, suppliers, venues, or operators.

BOOKING TERMS

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Astra Tours. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation without notice. Astra Tours reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to failed or suspicious payment activity.

PRICING DISCLAIMER

Prices, fees, itineraries, and availability are subject to change without prior notice due to vendor pricing adjustments, seasonal changes, currency fluctuations, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, and health requirements necessary for travel and participation. Participants agree to comply with all local laws, venue rules, and safety instructions provided by Astra Tours or third-party providers.

THIRD-PARTY VENDOR DISCLAIMER

Astra Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and independent third-party providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, excursion operators, venues, restaurants, and activity organizers. Astra Tours shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, damages, losses, or failures caused by third-party providers.

FORCE MAJEURE

Astra Tours shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, hurricanes, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, political unrest, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or emergencies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astra Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any event, excursion, transportation service, or travel-related activity, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, theft, property damage, delays, or loss of personal belongings.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in Astra Tours events or activities, participants grant Astra Tours the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use their image, voice, likeness, and appearance in promotional materials, social media content, advertising campaigns, websites, and other marketing purposes without compensation.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Astra Tours reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, remove participants, or cancel reservations without refund if a participant engages in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Dominican Republic.
