Event Terms

EVENT ADMISSION

Entry to Astra Tours events requires a valid ticket, reservation, or authorized registration. Astra Tours reserves the right to deny admission to any individual who fails to comply with event policies, venue rules, or safety procedures.

EVENT SCHEDULE CHANGES

Event schedules, performers, vendors, activities, venues, and programming are subject to change without prior notice. Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

WEATHER POLICY

Astra Tours events may proceed during ordinary weather conditions, including rain. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Astra Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel events at its sole discretion.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants must behave respectfully toward staff, vendors, performers, and fellow attendees. Harassment, violence, discrimination, illegal substances, dangerous conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Participants consuming alcoholic beverages do so voluntarily and at their own risk. Astra Tours reserves the right to deny alcohol service or remove intoxicated individuals whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Weapons, illegal substances, explosives, dangerous objects, unauthorized drones, and any prohibited items determined by Astra Tours or venue security are strictly forbidden.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participants acknowledge that events may involve crowds, loud music, beach environments, transportation, weather exposure, water-related risks, and other inherent hazards associated with public gatherings and tourism activities.

TICKET POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or fraudulent use of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry.

EVENT CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Astra Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify any event due to operational, safety, weather-related, or unforeseen circumstances.
