Liability Waiver

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that participation in Astra Tours activities, excursions, transportation services, festivals, beach events, nightlife experiences, water activities, and tourism-related experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, drowning, transportation incidents, weather-related hazards, and other unforeseen dangers.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and hereby release, waive, and discharge Astra Tours, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Astra Tours to obtain medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

HEALTH DECLARATION

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities for which I have registered and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may affect my participation.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astra Tours from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from my actions, conduct, negligence, or violation of company policies.

THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITIES DISCLAIMER

I understand that certain services and activities may be operated by independent third-party providers, and Astra Tours shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, equipment failures, or operational conduct.

ALCOHOL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that alcohol consumption is voluntary and that I remain fully responsible for my conduct, decisions, safety, and well-being at all times.

MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Astra Tours permission to photograph, film, or record my participation for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation.

EMERGENCY COMPLIANCE

I agree to comply with all emergency procedures, safety instructions, venue rules, and staff directives during participation in Astra Tours activities or events.
