REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Deposits made toward bookings, reservations, packages, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Astra Tours.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable cancellation timeframe and may be subject to administrative fees, vendor penalties, and non-refundable expenses.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to appear for scheduled events, tours, transportation, accommodations, or activities shall be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

ORGANIZER CANCELLATIONS

If Astra Tours cancels an event or service for reasons within its control, participants may be offered a rescheduled date, travel credit, partial refund, or full refund at Astra Tours’ discretion.

WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

Weather conditions common to tropical destinations, including rain or temporary disruptions, shall not constitute grounds for refunds. Severe weather situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds may require 30 business days for processing depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
